Pricing questions
What counts as a media-processing hour?
Minutes of audio or video that Evidence Copilot transcribes for you. A 2-hour bodycam file consumes 2 hours. Documents and images (OCR) are free. Processing is capped at 3× your included hours so a runaway intake can never surprise-bill you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace starts with a 7-day full-access trial of the Firm plan. No card required. When it ends, pick the plan that fits; your cases and files carry over unchanged.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
If Evidence Copilot isn't right for your practice, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full — you keep the work you already did. No forms, no interrogation.
What happens if I go over my included hours?
Overage is metered per hour at your plan's rate and capped at 3× your included hours. You'll see usage in Settings at any time; nothing is blocked until the hard cap.
Do you offer discounts for public defender offices?
The PD Office tier IS the institutional price: $750 per attorney per year with 100 media hours each — published, not negotiated. Annual invoicing is procurement-friendly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel self-serve in Settings. Your workspace stays accessible and your data is preserved; processing pauses until you reactivate.
